Drew Shoals Collective shows in Portland this Weekend
I have a few shows in Portland this weekend that will keep you warm and toasty. Saturday, January 26th I will be at Zaytoon, a fantastic Middle Eastern fusion restaurant with an extensive bar (2236 NE Alberta St), from 9pm-Midnight. I’ll be playing tunes from my brand new album “The Greatest Haven’t Been Born Yet” with Farnell Newton on trumpet, Chris Mosley on guitar, and Ben Darwish on keyboards. $5 cover, 21+
I’ll also be at a hip club downtown called the Someday Lounge (125 NW 5th Ave) on Sunday, January 27th with Ben Darwish on keys and John Nastos on alto/soprano/tenor sax. We play from 7:30pm-9:30pm. $6 cover, 21+ Stick around after the DSC plays to hear the Ben Darwish Trio, feat. Jason Palmer on drums and Eric Gruber on bass.
